Students are expected to uphold the highest standards of behavior and maintain a safe, respectful, and professional learning environment. Our Code of Conduct ensures that all members of the CSI Institute community contribute to an atmosphere conducive to academic excellence and personal growth.

Student Conduct Expectations

The following guidelines ensure a safe, respectful, and professional learning environment for all members of our community:

Attendance & Participation

  • Attend all lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions regularly
  • Complete assigned tasks and submissions on time
  • Actively participate in classroom discussions and activities
  • Inform authorities in case of unavoidable absences

Respect & Decorum

  • Maintain respectful relations with faculty, staff, and fellow students
  • Avoid disruptions during lectures or college activities
  • Refrain from unauthorized activities on campus premises
  • Use courteous and professional language at all times

Permissions

  • Obtain prior approval for putting up notices or announcements
  • Seek permission for organizing events or activities on campus
  • Register visitors with appropriate authorities before entry
  • Follow proper channels for requesting facilities or resources

Prohibited Activities

  • No smoking, alcohol, or drug consumption on campus
  • No political activities, protests, or demonstrations
  • No examination malpractices or academic dishonesty
  • No harassment, bullying, or discriminatory behavior

Campus Rules

  • Follow the prescribed dress code at all times
  • Maintain cleanliness in classrooms, library, and common areas
  • Carry and display identity cards when on campus
  • Adhere to college timings and schedules

Compliance

  • Follow all directions and instructions from college authorities
  • Cooperate with administrative and security personnel
  • Violations may lead to disciplinary action as per institute policy
  • Serious breaches may result in suspension or expulsion
